From July 16 to 19, the 2026 International Poultry Forum, now in its 15th edition, was held at the Marriott Hotel in Nantong, Jiangsu. This year's theme, "Breaking Through Together: From China's Model to the Global Stage," brought together top experts, leading companies, research institutes, and international buyers from across the poultry industry to discuss new trends and opportunities.
Zhucheng Zhongyu Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Kaleter), a national-level "little giant" enterprise, high-tech enterprise, and industry hidden champion, attended by invitation. Kaleter exchanged ideas with peers from China and abroad, and was recognized with the 2026 China Poultry Equipment Industry Innovation Benchmark Award for its technical strength, product innovation, and market reputation.

The forum is organized by the publisher of International Poultry magazine, together with WATT Global Media and the World's Poultry Science Association (WPSA). It is one of the largest and most influential international poultry industry events in the Asia-Pacific region. This year's sessions focused on global poultry industry development and China's strategy, technology-driven upgrading, and regional supply chain cooperation.
Kaleter Shares Its Work
During the forum, the Kaleter team met face to face with industry peers from around the world, sharing its work in intelligent farming systems, cage-free housing, welfare layer equipment, and environmental treatment technology. The conversations highlighted Kaleter's R&D strength and its ability to deliver full poultry equipment systems, from intelligent feeding for layers and breeders, to cage-free welfare equipment, to automated egg collection, manure cleaning, and climate control.

At the forum's awards ceremony, the organizing committee recognized companies that stood out for technical innovation, product quality, and industry contribution. Kaleter was selected for the 2026 China Poultry Equipment Industry Innovation Benchmark Award, backed by more than 100 independent patents, over 40 international certifications, service to nearly 200 large-scale projects across China, and exports to more than fifty countries.
The award reflects the industry's recognition of Kaleter's years of work in poultry equipment and its commitment to innovation, and gives the team a strong incentive to keep building.
